About Us

“Canang meaning the daily offering to the Gods” is a true representation of the boutique experience we seek to offer here at our family run Villas in the heart of Bingin.
Almost a decade has passed since Rich and I first visited Bingin and our love for this quiet village has not waivered, the community and serene vibe is what reminded me of my own village and as for Rich, well, he loved the surf.
Hi, my name is Komang (meaning third child in Balinese culture) and I come from a small village 30 minutes from Ubud, which has a proud heritage of rice farming. After graduating high school I entered the hospitality industry starting in a small hotel in Kuta as a trainee waitress. Slowly progressing my way into public relations for the Bali Garden Group I developed a passion for meeting new people from around the globe and ensuring there experience in Bali was a memorable one.
Rich and I met in 2010, married in 2016 and soon after welcomed our beautiful daughter Sahira into the world. We love to travel around Bali and experience all that this island has to offer. Rich was first drawn to Indonesia for its famous surf but was smitten with its unique culture.

Within a few years some of the best waves in the world had been discovered such as G-Land in Java, Nias in Sumatra and Desert point in Lombok.
